Not sure about the step where it decreased Fran's weight, but hey magic.

Since the big thing can regenerate, not sure this was in any way effective. Maybe it has a core or something? I was really hoping to see its head split in half though.

I doubt this will have any effect. Any eldritch abomination can stitch back any cuts via tentacles.

With her pants drawn normally for a child, rather than billowing enough for the readers to get a glimpse of her panties and butt cheeks?
We've seen her in nothing but lingerie before but somehow the small glimpse of underwear is what get you all flustered ? You got odd priorities.

It's never the perverts who self-report like this, it's somehow the oddly prudish people like you who shouldn't feel the need to even bring these kinda things up, meaning they most likely have some serious skeletons in their closet.

Either be a freak openly, or shut up, because acting like this makes you look worse.

Evil Linford tried to do his Evil magic, but his Evil magic couldn't Evil protect him. Now, he's got an Evil gaping wound on his Evil chest, as well as a bunch of his Evil tentacles flopping around on the Evil floor after his Evil injury. Chapter was way too short, but we didn't have Fran celebrating at the end. Either A) Evil Linford is going to Evil regenerate and make that incredible buildup not even matter, or B) Evil Linford is now going to Evil die, either from that slash or from the others following up on Fran's attack.

So, there is a translator note saying they you have no idea what the author was going for with the wind sheath so let me try.

The author was having Fran and Master go for an Iai or draw cut where you draw and slice with the blade in one fluid motion. If you've ever read or seen Ruroni Kenshin it's the same concept as the Battoujutsu. Apparently by drawing the blade it accelerates the slash and allows you to put more power and speed into the strike. Well, in anime and manga anyway. Historically the technique was developed to allow swordsman to draw and strike in one fluid motion instead of having to draw, take a stance and then strike. So it's a "faster" strike but still not as fast (or as powerful) as a strike from a readied stance.
