Why is the MC so unprofessional. She's hired to be his escort, but in the previous chapter when ML actually opened up about his sexual abuse experience, she made it all about her and actually expected his love. Now she suddenly confronted him asking for love then ran out of the room when he seemed scared without informing the guards and thus the prince got kidnapped. I mean, I get it, she's so blinded by love and all, but he's her employer istg, so unprofessional. His kidnapping was clearly due to her neglect. She's not hired to fall in love, she's an escort.

I'm thinking Lynette maybe has the power to nullify other magic. That would be a good explanation as to why she isn't affected by his magic and how when they are touching other women were not affected (That chapter when he was able to be near his Mom).

It could also be why when everyone else forgot about her, she wasn't affected. That whole thing just seemed like an odd plan. Make everyone else forget but not her? It would make more sense for everyone to forget.
