Maybe it's just the tropey way people write manga and not how people actually act in japan but why are all MCs utterly fucking terrified of female contact? It's like they completely short circuit at the thought of it. Like damn dude ya'll got married just sleep in the same bed

@rediscover In this particular case, the MC probably never had a girlfriend and probably didn't interact much with people of his own age, considering how he is a high school dropout who only focused on working all the time after the accident. I don't find it hard to believe that he would be awkward around a woman (maybe not this much, but his reactions are exagerated for the sake of comedy).

The thing about MCs and female contact is definitely a trope, don't really know the reason why it's so prominent, though.

yeah it's a shitty trope but it's also real life, feminism has destroyed the japanese male even more than the western

Tsukasa really is here for him. There is nothing sinister about her presence. I am actually, one hundred percent serious. She has mysteries, but they just help to inform why she is here, at this moment, with him, right now. It was pure chance and fate that led to him meeting her that night two years ago, but everything after was her waiting for him to be legally capable of marrying her, finding him (to be honest, it's probably not hard to look someone up with public records), and officiating their marriage, just as they agreed on the night they first met.

This manga is ultimate fluff and sweetness. Appreciate it.
