How did so many people forget the premise of the manga. This is just the first world, he still has 99 worlds left to revisit.

The manga has only 13 chapters (17 if you count the splits) and the release of the first chapter was 2 years ago. It's natural to forget something that happened almost 2 years ago with so few chapters and taking into account this is not the only thing people reads.

It's the demon lord's right hand man, who is i believe stronger than the demon lord, his goal is to weaken or beat the hero party so they lose against the demon lord, ed will tell them to "expel" him while he buys them time to defeat the demon lord, ed "sacrifices" himself (aka uses op skill and then warps out to the white room, they beat the demon lord but ed is obviously gone, after beating the right hand man, in the epilogue of the first world the 4 heroes are heralded as the saviors of humanity, with special attention given to ed who "gave his life" in the process, the hero and muscle guy (terrible with names) do what they talked about this time, tia didn't believe ed was dead and went around looking for a way to find him, eventually finding a magic that throws her into the white room where ed is, she then becomes his companion on his journey of getting exiled.

There's a mistake on page 2. "The hero's party that Ed was banishment from" should say "banished from" instead.

It seems some people are forgetting the very plot of the manga and the very reason why he was "willing" to be part of this whole "get kicked out of the hero party in 100 worlds" in the first place. He literally says it this chapter: he wants to go home.

Also, did they just casually say that he's been at this for, at minimum, fifty years? (Unless I do math wrong again... 6 months = 1/2 year * 100 = 100 / 2 = 50 years, plus any additional time he had to spend prior to getting kicked out, plus the additional 6 months he just spent...)

Back in chapters 1 and 2, Ed said he'd been at this for 100 years.

The whole premise is he wants to go home. However after seeing how shit things went for people he genuinely cared about, he is back to make things right in Speedrun Boogaloo: 100 Worlds Part 2

Remember how she said not to just suddenly dissappear or anything... and its clear she has some memory of the first time they met? How do you think shes gunna take Ed once again bailing on the party?

Poorly. So poorly, shes gunna invent a new form of space/time teleportation to follow our boy to his man cave.

Also shit is about to get fucking ROUDY. We have the fully charged True Hero, armed with the True Hero's Sword with the knowledge of last time... the Demon King butchered his team. We got Tia fully charged up on wormpoop and Gonzo the strongest man is armed with the strongest arms.... and that's before we get to Ed with 100 years of fighting prowness and cheat skills.

The Demon King is 10,000% fucked fifty ways to Sunday and doesnt even know how hard him and his army is gunna get bodied.

Because he reset, he gets to do all 100 worlds over again. The first time around in this first world, the hero's party failed without Ed. He's going to want to double-check that he's helped as much as he possibly can before getting exiled for a second time, to more or less guarantee the heroes' parties will be victorious.
