this is one of those turning point chapters where everything is either super OOC for one chapter, or the rest of the manga is Io being tossed around like a thing and not a person, dragged from power abuse to power abuse with some lovely good old fashioned (/s) SA thrown in for that edge that clearly someone thinks someone else enjoys...
I hope it's the former, but we don't have enough evidence to rule out the latter either.
