I think three days of fighting tiring out the God of Hell was the funniest one, and Raoul still blaming everyone that was mind-whammied by Christiana for what they did was the most annoying. I think the most frustrating one was the GoH displaying an ability to obliterate souls eternally, and then never trying to use that power on Rauol. With a trump card weapon like that the mangaka could have at least displayed some internal consistency with the Goh trying to use that and Rauol evading it somehow.

Raoul commenting that they're still guilty because "even if they were brainwashed they still chose to commit those actions" baffled me, please be more specific on the extent of the brainwashing then, 'cause to me it seemed quite clear that they had no way to oppose it, but that makes comment makes it seems as if it was just a bad suggestion they decided to follow, when in reality we've seen that the goddess straight up possessed the princess even, would they have or would they have not committed those actions if not for the goddess' influence? This is important!

feel bad for the princess, specifically because she's still alive (others are still being tortured in hell but the afterlife just registers as a different thing to me), in my naive way of thinking i actually thought that she was being kept alive specifically because Raoul, knowing she was just being brainwashed&possessed, would end up freeing her after a bit of punishment (he's still evil after all) and the "autopsy" during the witch trial, but i don't really count on that anymore after that comment about their "brainwashed free will"

Up until around the time he decides to kill the gods, I mean if you can even argue there's a "jump the shark" moment in OP MC Edgelord wankfests like this, it would be that for sure. overall on the edge-ometer i give this a 6 edgy mall ninja katanas out of 10. MC is supremely vile scum and revels in it, plus the faces he makes are solid. Always enjoy a twisted/contorted psycho face. Also at least to the point I made it, the MC didnt use rape as a means of revenge either which is a fuckin miracle in this genre.
