So, I've seen a lot of bad edgy/cringe mangas but this one. This is truely the cringest of all, the autor must be 12 years old. Nothing to keep. And to have such a high rate.. What is the average age of the people subscribed there ?

I don't know, I think I had become jaded, so the edge isn't hitting right, and it's just coming off as over-edge (goofy).

I think I started reading this 3 to 4 years ago, and while it was fun then, I kept picking up other series within that timespan that hit edgy notes I had craved, and it turned me to favoring societal/crime edge over fantasy edge.

Spoiler: nitpicks

I think the thing holding back fantasy edge for me is that there's no repercussions for destroying the target of revenge, like a god that may embody a concept like nature, goodness, the afterlife, etc.
And I don't think it's fantasy that's a turnoff, cause the GoW series is both edgy and great, Asura's Wrath was good, even King in Black before some of the newer revelations, and they all follow the same plot of having gods be killable, but when it touches this format, it becomes an unfulfilling power fantasy.
With this series, it feels like Raoul will kill off the gods and become the edgy anti-god, kill off the entire world for allowing the situation to happen, or something else that is just as stupid.

I feel like nothing in this story matters, period, and that probably is a sign that I should hold off on reading if not drop this, but I don't know; this was one of the first series I picked up, and there's a resistance in just dropping it because it was fun for that first period of time, though I think that at least go on a break now that I ruminated on it.

here is my review of these manga: its premise is unique and interesting but after 30 chapters it becomes to repetitive and to be sincere is to long, its nice to have something different but i can't say i enjoy waiting to see what terrible thing did another guy did. everyone is this anime is a monster and there is nothing different. enjoyable but after so many chapters it becomes boring.

so yea, the MC is pretty unhinged. well, i mean, with that kind of backstory, how can anyone else honestly say they wouldn't be? like come on now.

i don't expect the storyline itself to drag on that much - looks to me that the MC has set his sights to
killing all the gods, his reason being that they didn't try to intervene when MC's family was in danger after all the work the MC did
