I'm not saying he shouldn't have "elf mead" there after drinking it, but logically he should have first got regular mead there, as well, if he has ale, wine, booze, etc.

Edit: Now I got it. My mistake. Mead isn't a part of the game UI at all, originally, so he only got the elf mead. I don't know why my mind couldn't comprehend that.

He still wears the collar because, he still considers Sylphy to be his master.
Plus, he still regularly meets new people of other races who are apprehensive about seeing a Human. So, to avoid any potential issues, he just wears the collar as an accessory (it's not that the collar works on him, as he can remove it anytime he wants).

I do remember it has no effect. It was a pretty big scene, after all. However, why should he, after all this time and after all he has done for those people, still be considered a slave? What does it matter what new, rescued people think? If they can't accept a human who just bloody saved their lives, it's their problem, not Kousuke's problem. It's pretty unreasonable to demand that one of the most important people in the whole settlement must remain a slave (at least seemingly) simply because newcomers might otherwise feel uncomfortable. There's only so much locals should bend backwards to welcome newly arriving people.

But of course if it's Kousuke's fetish when interacting with Sylphy, then what I'm saying is meaningless. If he wants it, then it should stay. It doesn't show overly much in his personality and actions, though, that he would want it. He's always doing whatever he wants, simply because he enjoys using and developing the game interfaces and the powers it grants. That doesn't sound like a slave's behavior.

I do remember it has no effect.

It has an effect. It worked on everybody else.
But the effect is "being attacked with your own magic power", which in Kosuke's case is... zero.
So, it works as intended, including on him. He just gets attacked with a power of 0.

Funny enough, if you develop this, it's a stupid concept.
Put this on a tank-type character, with a much higher defense than magic power, and the result should be pretty weak.
Unless defense is also proportional to magic power, and tank-types are mostly using body enhancement magic or defense effects. (This wasn't apparent during the fights earlier, so it's pretty doubtful.)
(Edit: it could also be possible that being attacked by your own magic ignores all defenses, since your magic power is already inside of you.)

Kosuke's case is unique and extreme though, as apparently nobody in this world has a flat zero for magic power.
This means it could become a problem if he later acquires magic in some way. This will be interesting to keep in mind, just in case.

The OP I replied to seemed more targeted towards Sykes and his condition rather than our MC, which is what I was directly referring to. MC also enjoys it and is generally happy about things, once he got used to the mentality shift of their culture versus his own.

Harpies did use the MC's body while he was asleep, but he wouldn't have rejected them if they came to him openly as Sylphy gave her permission, and he doesn't treat it otherwise as having been raped, either, as he doesn't consider it to be carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against his will; in the LN it's more explicit that he knows what they're doing and he consents to the little game they're making of it, though he does start to stagger a bit and work hard to find something to boost stamina recovery so he doesn't end up like Sykes here, lol.
