Yeah, but she one-shot a monster that even a party of the 4 best adventurers couldn't even scratch, without so much as getting a scratch on her. And she did it because her "cushy" desk job had become too much of a pain. Above all, she ignored a relic that she could've sold for quite a bit of money, and even crushed it when someone gave it to her.

With her skills, adventuring is as dangerous as working in the kitchen.

Adventuring means a lot of travel and camping (normally - or at least that's her complaint).

But now with a lost lease, who knows what she'll end up doing (as a side gig - but those are illegal for guildies).

i don't know about relatively cushy desk job when so far, we seen her had to deal with annoying S rank adventure who refuse to follow regulations, other pushing their work on her cause the overtime, almost got hit by violent adventure...
meanwhile she just solo a boss without trouble and got home right after.

She does this constantly. Can we please - just please - stop acting like she doesn't do this all the time and would, in actuality, better be served by being an adventurer if she just wanted money like she claims she does?

Look, if someone worked at a normal job because they wanted to be guaranteed to make a ton of money and then went out, as basically a hobby, doing something highly illegal that would make them RICH AS FUCK in only a few years... I mean, yeah, you SAY you don't want to do it, but your words and your actions are contradicting one another.

So does the guild just let anyone strong enough to be class 1? Is there no interview or anything to make sure they are fit to be class 1? Seems like a terrible way to handle a guild. They are gonna get bad reputation for letting these types of people to high ranks.

Spoiler: Kind of spoiler for Goblin Slayer?

Only good guild system I've seen is the guild from Goblin Slayer where they actually interview the adventurers before promoting them. These authors could learn a lot from it.
