Well... not 100% sure about dnd. But in "similar game" such as Dos2, HP is related to Consitution and carrying capability is related to Strength

Bag of holding is a magic item that contains a pocket dimension for the express purpose of carrying more stuff. The bag itself will never increase in weight, even if you fill it to the brim (most BOHs have a limit on how much they can carry). That said, never cut it, and NEVER EVER put a bag of holding (or a portable hole) inside another bag of holding. The result WILL create a black hole and implode. ...this factoid is also why you should never let an engineer play D&D or similar ttrpgs.

Forgot completely about the fact that bag have magic. Seem like an interesting throwing/trap consumable if paired with sharp stuff. Can be pressurized? Don't really play DND, but I vaguely remember some old western story have bag that hold wind to propel ship.
