For the 'you dumb?' part on page 7, I don't have much knowledge for Japanese, but from what the TLN mentions and how the scene plays out, I interpret her tone of voice as being matter of fact, so when he inevitably looks up she's reacting with a "oh for fucks sake" mindset so I think the colloquial phrase to use would be;

"You serious?!"
That said, just my PoV for the scene, no idea if I'm actually right or not lol

That could work. But, after looking it up some more, it might be more in line with gullible considering that the word she used can mean honest or obedient. I also like your phrase better since it does fit her character more than the one I used.
