so jail (who's buried in the kingdom) is the son of ramza and misty and also the 2nd king.
then who is ashe? was she the sister of either ramza or misty? she was the first king, right? so jail was her nephew?

I think we'll get the answer for the girl on the small room and marco next chapter but I don't understand this chapter one bit lol

(For those confused about Marco, in the chapter where he was introduced and MC left, his resistence to the curse of the fox was wearing and you see him shivering at the end as sign it got him. He says that room was made by those "wonderful people" which is a giveaway that he was cursed and sees the garbage fox as that, thus his reaction to MC's insult towards the cursed room.)

Ashe was the first king of ishtalica, the demon lord, aka the one who united the races into a large kingdom, jail had to put a stop to his family's rampage.
It hasn't been outright stated i think but i believe ashe is implied to be a sister to them, making the mc direct line related to the demon lord.
