After being questioned once again about the FANBOX content, the author made a post explaining some things and admitting to others. I'll be sharing a MTL version of the full post, but here are some links to the original content:

What exactly is 'gyaru aneki'?
Thank you for your continued support! This is Egakinuma.
Thanks to everyone's support, I was able to prepare for serialization, and we’ve now launched the series on
Tonari no Young Jump! I am truly grateful.
This blog post is an explanation of the differences between the Twitter version, FANBOX version, and the serialized version. I apologize for any shock caused by the FANBOX thumbnails to those who love the
Gyaru Aneki characters from the Twitter and serialized versions, so I wanted to clarify things here.
The explanation will be brief and accompanied by images, but the main point I want to convey is that the Twitter and serialized versions are separate works.
One year ago: The original idea for
Gyaru Aneki started when I felt a strong urge to draw something about sleep assault. However, after I uploaded the manga on FANBOX, it was flagged for violating the guidelines, and my account almost got banned within a day. As a result, the project collapsed, and the restructured version became what is now the Twitter version.
I was drawing both the Twitter and FANBOX versions intending to tie the stories together while fully indulging my fetishes, so the result was a much darker story, heavily packed with my personal kinks. I still remember how some readers were horrified and saddened by the FANBOX thumbnails at the time, and I’m truly sorry for that. But my warped fetishes as the author couldn’t be changed, so I pressed on.
Six months ago: As the series moved towards serialization, I realized that I needed to differentiate the
Gyaru Aneki in the Twitter version and make it clearer. I felt that incorporating explicit sexual content in a commercial serialization or requiring readers to follow the FANBOX version as a prerequisite would place too much burden on them. So, I restructured the setting and storyline to create the serialized version.
Personally, I didn’t want to depict excessive, cruel scenes for
Gyaru Aneki without involving any erotic content, and it was painful for me to overdo the bullying, which led to the current form of the serialized version.
As previously mentioned, any content in FANBOX after the series began serialization is entirely fan-made and has no connection to the main storyline.
Thank you for reading all the way to the end. I apologize for the delay in providing this explanation.
If you have any questions, I'll do my best to respond, so please feel free to leave a comment. I appreciate your understanding and support.
So, that's it—she finally came clean and admitted what (almost) everyone already knew.
P.S. Never forget:
