Don't think so, I remember those higher-ups updated the list awhile ago after @Atifus brought it up in a thread.

There was the update at New Year's he mentioned, but working out from @mangotechs's user number to the two users on either side (@TiuH and @Muri_monteiro), they must have joined on February 19th of this year. (Also @Ataraxic joined just before New Year's, and wasn't mentioned in @Atifus's post either.)
