“Crossplay love, otaku and punk” (Official localised title) is also under “romance”, and is absolutely not BL. It’s just a gag comedy that started out basic enough that I only followed to see if it was gonna be “cross dressing lol”, but naw.
It’s also fucking hilarious.
One main character (otaku) cross-dresses because… he wanted to. That’s it. (I put that under “+” in lgbt+)

Punk has an acquaintance who’s annoyingly gay for him (like, he won’t stop flirting with him). There’s a love triangle that leads to a gang rivalry, all the while “dude! I didn’t do anything!“
