He was the one who asked the spirits to guide Ruri to Chelsea when she first got exiled.

And one of the few people who'll know that cat-Ruri is actually human, but have to keep quiet because Ruri doesn't want to reveal it herself yet (not because of the threat of the spirits, but because he's a bro)

And the one to suffer in silence as Klaus keep sending him all over the world to find the 'platinum blond girl' that the Dragon King showed a hint of interest in, even though that person is on the Dragon King's lap, literally.

Well, Joshua noted that a lot of the bits seem rather new for such 'ancient' prophecy, and the handwriting is that of the head priest.

Basically the prophecy they're spreading is something they made up recently.

I mean, although her appearance is a cat, but she's still a human after all. Is it not wierd for you to sit on a complete stranger's lap and let them do "cat things" to you? I feel wierd and uncomfortable now.

@nooperation Maybe not. She feels perfectly safe. The dragon king seems to match her ideal of a man. In fact she might want to sit on his lap as a human and cuddle with him, but that would be embarrassing as a human if they aren't properly a couple. Plus she's unsure of what would happen if she revealed she's a human, due to that one dude talking far too much for someone in his position. In short, she finds him attractive and trustworthy enough and is thus willing to let him touch her.
