Yeah, people are commenting on the literal "will they or won't they fuck," when the overall point right now is that Seto is still holding himself back by placing Anjou above him. Lacking self-confidence is a killer in a relationship because it puts up an artificial wall between you and your partner.

Anjou having to remind him she's her own person, and if it's dirty to want to have sex then she's dirty too, is a good reminder that she doesn't want to be some untouchable goddess to him. She just wants to be his girlfriend and be wanted in return.

Me loving this manga because I remember being exactly like him in high school, willfully ignoring the obvious advances of someone you actually like because you can’t comprehend how they could possibly like you.
