I've read Hagu's work before, and I'd never call her a sadist, from all of those works or this work. i know that there is the lore of the doujins and all that good stuff that appears to be vaguely canon to this serialization, but i haven't read those really, i scrolled through one of them, so this is just going off of the content of this manga, which i've read over the last couple of days. I know that this is probably important background for 'analyzing' Sasha, but i'm ok drawing a distinction between Manga Sasha vs. Doujin Sasha, even if Doujin Sasha informs Manga Sasha, but just going off the Manga:

do we hear much about her mother in this? i don't remember much about it, or at least about her character, i don't remember much. I may have just read too fast to get it, i kind of read it pretty fast because the chapters are short and it was fun to read.

I know in the wider world she sleeps with whoever adult ment whenever, but in the manga her exploits aren't as wide from what i can tell (or at least, the author hasn't shown us that). It's not really a big deal, and I would believe it, considering her loosy goosy hedonistic attitude towards sex that defines her, and it seems like she'll fuck anything that moves if it helps her feel something (her loneliness is a notable characteristic of her in the Manga, so it checks out, it kind of reminds me of Haru from Beastars from that angle). Is the Senpai that comes to her house an adult? He's not much of a character, just a plot device for that first NTR fake out, it's not a big deal to me if he is, i'm just not sure.

Is Chapter 50 with the little montage of pictures designs of men from the doujins? That works for me if so, it's not going to impact how i read it, but i think it ought to impact how Hagu writes it, even if it doesn't, i don't blame him for wanting to justify everything the Evil Russian girl does

If thats the case, then that makes a lot more sense. In which case she'd be a sadomasochist by Japanese standards, loving to tease and loving being teased, but also maybe I sold her a bit short on claiming she's not a masochist, because she loves being roughly used and physically AND mentally dominated, loves asphyxiation play, loves biting and leaving marks and being bitten and having marks left on her, etc. so definitely is more M than S. Its real s shame that Hagu couldn't stop himself from self inserting and included the romance aspect to the main two's relationship. Without it, this could actually be salvagable as a premise and there would be absolutely no reason to call it cuckshit. But here we are. I'm not familiar with the doujins or any raws after this or any word of God statements from hagu, but based just on this, it seems clear that Sasha has genuine affection for Master that she doesn't for others, and other boys in this (senpai 1 and Sanada senpai, at least) just aren't what she wants anymore, since she dodged senpai 1 way back in chapter ~31 to hang out with Master and the whole conceit of the threesome has mostly been about making Master feel some type of way using Sanada-senpai as that means. Alongside other notable things, them constantly hanging out and going to comiket and getting reference materials, and her actually fantasizing about him those chapters ago.

Its all about master.
