Wow, so pretty much everyone's family was involved one way or another in helping her give birth. So if that's the case then how did they keep humans a secret unless they mind-wiped them afterwards?

And yeah, not going to go well since they don't even have a concept of the way humans are born.

I agree with them not telling anyone about this operation. The Kennedy Assassination Report was sealed as classified for 29 years before the Kennedy Act of 1992 which mandates all data of the assassination should be unclassified within 25 years. So that's up to 54 years after the assassination that data is fully released. Remember the demon heirarchy. The top brass tells you to shut up, you shut up on pain of death. Sullivan would certainly be in a place to keep people in line if needed, and then when Henry joins up, he too will gain authority and connections to keep his daughter safe.

I love the assembly of Misfit Avengers of the past generation to help here. Anyone else now think that past of Sullivan's actions with the misfits was to put them all together so they would be Iruma's allies? So that way if they become close enough, they would be ideal to protecting his secret?

And I also read a fun idea that the traveler demon who gave Henri that ritual was Clara's father or grandfather.

I think this is still considered a select few, it's all the major families of the netherworld well maybe not all. And not all the demons in these panels actually know it's about a human giving birth.

I wouldn't be surprised if this story throws out a twist and this half human, half demon kid isn't Ameri but an older sibling shes never heard of. Considering how rare humans are in the demon world and how sought after she would be, there's no way they'd be able to fully keep her existence under wraps even with the help of all these powerful families. (plus Kalego's family would already know about her, making things even more difficult)

I don't think that would be the case. Henri and Merize keep using the name Ameri to talk about the currently unborn baby AND before the flashback started Ameri referred to Merize as mother as well as when they were in the dimension between Ameri referred to the flowers as ones that her mother loved.

I think the more likely answer is that almost everyone related to this had their memory altered by someone. The only ones who may have memory of this are Henri (as a punishment of sorts maybe?), Sullivan, and a few select others. Why hadn't we ever heard of the acting Demon King before this as well? Why is there no acting Demon King now? We know who the acting Demon King is because they had been mentioned in a prior chapter...just not that they were the acting Demon King.

Another theory I have is: when a human enters the demon world and then returns to the human world then maybe all demons except for those with a strong attachment to said human would just simply forget. If that is the case then if Iruma ends up back in the human world there is a possibility that most could forget he existed.

This is unconfirmed as of now, but is a leading theory as to why Ameri has the manga in her possession.

I could very much see everyone BUT Henri having their memories of Merize being erased after Ameri is born. The one to have done it maybe is Sullivan too as we don't really know much about Sullivan's power or bloodline ability (I believe) and there MUST be at least one memory altering demon ability out there. We have seen abilities where illusions are used, but nothing about memory altering if I remember correctly (I've been reading this series way too long to remember everything lol).

One thing I would note, though, is I really do not believe that Merize is dead. I do believe she is alive and well in the human world OR another safe area that Demon Border Control (specifically Henri) controls. I feel like if Merize was dead then Henri would have made it clear to those who know him and Ameri that Ameri's mother (Merize) had passed away AND he would have told Ameri that she had passed away. Because if Ameri knows her mother passed then there would never be a way for her to look for her, but maybe deep down he hopes she will try to find her mother when she was ready to hear about her origins.

One thing that’s gonna be an issue are ages of people as Baal is a big issue in regards to this

Theory time. The birth goes well, and Merize lives. But she does regain her memories because they were suppressed by Nightwalker when they first captured her.

Nightwalker's using this as a giant OP where he will try to use Ameri's existence as a half-human to show why demons should conquer/subjugate humans, or why humans are a danger of diluting pure demon blood and thus should be banished from the Demon World. This is why Narnia is part of the anti-human faction working with Baal in the present, having "inherited" his father's work.

Merize's life will be in danger, and Kunshinashi will give her life to save her & Ameri, thus the Throne will remain empty until the present day. Sullivan will find a way to send Merize home, thus knowing of a way to go there to adopt Iruma in the future. Merize will have her memories of the Demon World wiped, but enough emotions last that she creates the manga, and Sullivan is the one to give Henri (and thus Ameri) every volume of his and her love story.

The future teachers look to be around 8-13 here. If Ameri is 16-18 now, that would put the youngest teacher at 24, but more likely they are closer to 30. A bit young but still reasonable for a teacher.
