No, it not just you. I also see many MTL. I dont hate MTL but i hate this low effort MTL.

I’m not entirely against mtl, I’ve seen some good ones. But if you’re going to lower the translation quality, at least increase the quality of the redrawing or text spacing to compensate.

The last part isn't accurate.
While the full chapter raw is out by now, the Raw for the chapter was released in split for the online release.
So it is ok under MD's condition.

But then there is also the fact that the part released as Raw isn't how this chapter is released.

As for Sniping part, I don't really bother much about it or care, as there are many groups how hold onto a series just for the sake and never really properly work on them.

Many more... and it probably wouldn't be so bad if the ones doing it had atleast the minimum of english comprehension, as it is now they just do a mtl, run it through a spellchecker to see if all the words (or atleast most of the words) are english and they're done, leaving the "sentances" as a garbled mess making no sense.
It's the lowest effort possible put into it.

I'm not against MTL, aside when is not cleaned and the translated manga have a team working on it, a good and competent team, we don't need this not even half done work.

MTL is fine with proper PR. Good TS would be nicer to have. Same as RAW..

I'm normally not against MTL if
a) they said it in their credits page, and/or
b) if it is actually properly proof-read and not just slapped through a spellcheck/grammar checker or smth.

Aka you failed the ethics check and the quality check. Blocked.
