You would love the "filler" chapters of the novel then. There are a lot of side chapters were it cuts away from other things to show the daily life of the dungeons residents, they are very sweet. Though a bit annoyingly placed at times. There have been times were every other chapter was a filler while a major event was happening. There is also the dreams, were it put Yuki and the girls in alt roles and scenarios. But yeah this series is very good at cute and endearing, even Yuki's danger sense skill manages to be flirting.
