Ok at first I get that he was the generic hero complex character who is annoying, but now all the hate for him is over the top. Like this chapter for example, I find it quite interesting to get an understanding of his character and the AI that supports him. Seriously you all are hating on this dude for getting any screen time, chill fellas. You can't world build if the whole story centers the MC and getting the perspective of a rival character who is so different from him is also nice.

it's just self-inserter babies feeling insecure with katsuya being a rival for the MC. they don't want their MC being challenged by another charismatic dude with same cheats as him
