I agree with the arc part. That's not the problem. The problem is that in 1 month between the previous chapter and this one, the basically only progress was that he received an amazon package to finish a costume we still don't see a glimpse of. Heck they could have added this at the end of the previous chapter and in less panels and the outcome will have been the same.

Agreed. It's also an interesting parallel to the Shizuku cosplay from the very first arc, especially after that last text to Marin.

In the Shizuku arc, he went a little crazy in its creation and shut people (and Marin) out because of his own insecurity; he was desperate for approval and terrified of failing someone who had given him so much encouragement, despite the misunderstanding over the deadline.

In this one, his insanity and shutting people out is almost entirely for his own sake... And probably more than a little spite, considering Haniel's creator didn't want adaptations because they "wouldn't be faithful enough", which stuck with Gojou in a bad way.

Yeah I actually find myself extremely interested in what he's gonna make and how the story's writer is gonna receive this cosplay. Because I know that this is probably gonna be the one that catapults Gojou to stardom, with the amount of chapters of work this one fit is given.

I felt Gojou understood the sentiment rather than feeling spiteful.

Haniel's creator feels that about her. Gojou having constantly feel his craft with Hina dolls isn't good enough, gets that.

I agree. I love the romance, but they both dont exist just to be romantic with each other. This arc has given us insight to Gojo. We got to see how far his passion will take him and how far he will go to be satisfied.

God help Marin if he ever turns that type of passion and drive towards a relationship with her. She will be one happy, satisfied, and tired lady.
