Guys, please. She's not an idol. Have you ever seen a celebrity be hounded by the paparazzi? This isn't an idol situation, it's a celebrity situation. They're different. The only time the manga implies romantic interest towards Yamada(the student, not as a celebrity) is with her classmates. This isn't about lonely men on tiktok. Hell, this very chapter implied it's mostly girls that watch the drama, and are aware of her. She's a model. Not an idol. Her entire career is something mostly women would take an interest in.
The only reason I felt like making this lengthy post is because we have this discussion every chapter, but nobody seems to understand the nature of her work. Read the manga guys, and if you wanna obsess over idol culture, do it in a manga with idols. I rather like them, really, and do see merit in your points, but none will play the devil's advocate to it. Just save it for where it actually applies, is all I ask.
