But as it seems like her fief is the only one undergoing this radical shift in developement, meaning that there are mpst likely no higher quality goods, that the other fiefs are exporting. Also the other fief is more or less next to the capital and has no need to cross her territory exept for Sea trade, which at that time seems to only be a fraction of its potential

@Lessen Yeah, if there are no suitable goods moving from the other fiefs into hers, it's naturally impossible. If there were some but taxing them would hurt her own people/industry too much, they would also be out of the question. In any case, the chosen method of circumventing the tariffs is effective as long as it can last. Unless the opponents are idiots, they will notice it sooner or later. Just like the USA noticed Huawei selling restricted stuff to Iran via some phoney companies.
