the story is rudimentary and only of limited development even in this third revision.

contrast against The One Within the Villainess where you have Remi getting revenge for the death of her lesbian crush Emi, or Heroine Survival where Alicia Melrose/Aria Ironrose gets stabbed with The Plot and decides shes going to murder Joseph Campbell, or Slow Prison Life where Rachel tortures her Fiancée, arranges the king is out of the capital for several months, and inflicts (moslty) punishment on her fiancee's cronies, and ultimate gets to enslave the protagonist for spanking.

Serina is interesting, but compared against a proper Revenge Hero, a pure villain protagonist, or the Lesbian Super-Saiyan Princess Kratos (who should be contrasted against 7th time loop's Riche aka Princess Doomslayer), shes significantly less. Serina rarely has to resolve problems using her skillset as a politician or politician by alternative means. Conversely Alicia/Aria is always learning something new for being The Second War Demon, Riche is always scheming some way to stop Darth Napoleon from destroying the world, Rachel is always 5 steps ahead of anyone else or doing something completely absurd, and Remi is orchestrating a 9-queen checkmate against her ex.

Huh, we didn't even get to see the aftermath of what that muddy water incident was like. I presume it just solidified support behind Rosemary since she was already currying Amaryllis and the maids' favor anyway.

Seeing that Romance tag, it seems like a potential future love interest has been found. Given that Reincarnation is already a thing here the most obvious possibility is that the boy is the guy who killed her.

Honestly I feel like this is a lesser version of Otome Game no Heroine de Saikyou Survival. Now to be fair it's just chapter 3, but Serena feels like a shallow protagonist, living life on assassin mode autopilot, rehashing her old life just with a noble dressing because that's the only way she knows; even though she isn't actually forced into a life of killing by necessity or revenge and she has more opportunities now to live life more differently.
