That's a load of crap.
Aesir never shows much interest in romance beside his love for booze, meat, and picking up new craft. If anything, he's just a bystander watching other people's romance. Knowing the discrepancy in lifespan, he's also against staying in any place for too long, even though leaving means it's unlikely to meet his friends ever again.

i beg your parden but i just read through this and there is no such tragedy
no NTR in this no one was robbed no one was stolen. she ran away because she couldn't bear the thought of watching him die. if you are insinuating the elf was NTRed. if you are talking about kaeha's children that ALSO wasn't NTR.

Even though I wish this story was more grounded, the author put a lot of intention behind the characters, so he left me with a lot to chew on. My favorite part was when Aesir decided to raise the half-elf child, which revealed him and the supporting cast in a whole new light. I really appreciate manga like this that aren’t insecure about being just another isekai but instead do everything they can to change their audience’s perspective on life - even if just a little. Even though I know the author won’t ever read this comment, I would like to thank him sincerely for his work.
