I think maybe you need to rethink your teaching strategy if you're making students cry just because they forgot to write their name on the test.

Nope, in America you can fail the ACT for forgetting your name on a test. He doesn’t actually fail them, just scares them and then reminds them that writing your name on your test is important. Cause it kinda is. They won’t know who to give a passing score to if there’s no name on it.
