A weak story with a protagonist slightly like
Heroine Survival. I suggest reading that manga or its
many translated LN volumes before scavenging this one.
(Not that the Heroine Survival WN/LN doesn't have its own major flaws that gross me out, but even so)
Assassin-Daughter may only be a few chapters in (3.2), but it's a lurching story with paper-thin personalities and art that's just kinda there. The premise is interesting but ... it sounds like it doesn't set up anything unique. The execution (ha) is lazy and fast-paced: Be unloved. Die. Be overpowered and tiny. Creep everyone out and be unloved, except by an absent parent. Maintain a murder addtiction and creep folks out. No goals. Next is learning to be a master and then a school setting, probably.
This dead-eyed lead reminds me of Otome Game no Heroine de Saikyou Survival, and those tropes may string me along another chapter or two, but I'm not optimistic this will improve. It's Fine for now, while I can call it setup. I'll call it genuinely Bad or worse when it starts wasting my time. I'll lighten up if it gets creative for ten minutes, and rate it down if it doesn't.
