The villainess in the setting is also truly a horrible person and not just a woman lashing out at her fiance (and all his friends) ignoring her and denigrating her in favor of some random girl who just showed up and stole the scene.

TL;DR: Two reincarnators, one knows the setting, one doesn't, and there (apparently) isn't a single decent person among the cast.

Since this is updating so slow and this character background likely won't be explained any time soon:

Basically, Crow in the game was a yandere (highest number of bad endings among all the routes), who self-conditioned to mask his natural possessive tendencies as blind loyalty out of sense of gratitude to the villainess or something. In his route, after he is abandoned/betrayed by the villainess, he awakens from that and targets the heroine.

Now, what happened here is because of regaining those memories he started to awaken while he is still loyal to the villainess. So what's in the process of happening right now is he is transitioning from a blindly loyal servant into a proper yandere.
