Which, if you think about it, it's weird it doesn't happen more often
To be fair, in most Isekai, it's not someone getting back their old memories back, it's someone new getting into the old body or just straight up being teleported as is in the new world.

the mental conflict of reincarnation is not use enough
particularly for those who come back at a later stage

Are you what you were with extra memory? Are you the person you where before being reincarnated with the moral / knowledge of a modern world but with extra memory like childhood.

are you what you are with extra memory? are you the person you are after being reincarnated but with the extra memory of a person living in a modern world

it will count for 80% of your final graduating, you got 2 hours

Ah, finally, a new release of my favourite romcom/action/tragedy series!
I'm looking forward to see how many people will drop it after the next chapter, before getting into the good part.

It's not as easy to tell in the manga version, but they merged here. The reincarnation aspect is that he actually got a sense of self, as seen by his remark that he personally thinks that she is going too far with her harassment, when before he wouldn't have an opinion on his own. The story summary is correct, but the way it happens is kinda roundabout, as he wouldn't do anything she wouldn't like in her face.
Hey can you spoil me a little so I wont drop it and so I would keep reading, if its your favorite it means its not bad but i dont see it right now, good hype spoiler might change that lol

You and me both.
I still can't find a thing I like about this series besides the graphic.
The main character and Villainess? sorry but I hate rape and NTR, nothing can redeem that.
Heroine? Not likable. But at least still somewhat tolerable.

Well the "heroine" girl tried to kill in retaliation it doesn't make her bad at all in my books
lol none of these people are good. One is trying to kill someone and make it look like an accident, one is a bonafide villainess, and the other one helps the villainess

I'm pretty sure that's how the story was supposed to go for the heroine and if she wasn't prepared for that event she would have died from the trap of the villainess
that girl was the one who tried to get the villainess kicked out right and purposefully got herself bullied yeah since she's also a person from another world, then she also tried to get the butler to turn on his master.. given the context and where villainess stories normally end up in death, this is honestly just karma

idk why people complaining that the miss our main character is serving 'isn't a good person'
There's no good person in this manga (based on what I read so far) anyway so what's wrong about being 'villain' among the bads?
Besides, there's so much 'I am a fucking good guy so be my harem member' story anyway.

I'm so over isekai, man. Like just give me a good story. What does the other world aspect add to this fantasy setting that a normal character that gives a crap doesn't? Like I JUST want to read a story that doesn't include a throwaway isekai plot so it'll get the isekai tag because that's what you do now!

Becasue the majority of isekai story are just fantasy stories with an isekai plot thrown in that don't do anything past a few chapters. You almost just CAN'T have a fantasy story that doesn't involve isekai or game world, or both.

The isekai aspect basically exists so the MC has a reason to be overpowered. They usually don't care about where they came from, or are NEETs that are isolated, so there's almost always no conflict about getting home.

If there is it lasts a few chapters and they integrate into the new world. Like how many isekai protag leave behind something they care about getting home to? A girlfriend? Parents? A pet? They almost always are better off and happier in the new world vs ours.

The fact that it's my favourite unlikely combination of genres means mainly just that I like it and there isn't quite anything else like that. I won't say that it would be good for everyone.
Hell, the catalyst of changes in what would be the normal course of the game story is kinda disgusting, cringe-y and stupid, which is why I said that a lot of people would drop it at the next chapter, if they didn't already.
That said,
First of all, villianess will get her karmic retribution for her actions by losing nearly everything she holds dear and living at some point, though it would be a long wait until manga gets there. There are also good reasons why she is like that in the first place and from now on she will slowly become better as a person, through interactions with the only human that ever cared about her as something more than a tool, aka Crow, so that when it finally happens it's a lot easier to feel a bit of sympathy to her, even while understanding that it's fully deserved and that she would never be truly happy if it didn't happen.

Crow himself in the original setting of the game was a hollow character with little to no self, except for endless loyalty. When heroine in the game would "awake" him, he kinda switches to her, but loyalty transforms into obsession, which in turn makes him a yandere with a ton of BAD ENDS. Here, he "wakes up" early, from getting memories of the previous life, which was only slightly better than his awful childhood in this world (to the point where villianess abusing him like she did isn't anything special). So basically he becomes yandere for her, except that he fully gets that he got no chances with her due to their status difference. He does vent his frustrations in a creepy way at first, but never in a way that would mentally damage her and she wouldn't know that it's something that is happening at all, though that gives him a chance to get more intimate with her for real.

But that's just for the tragedy and romcom parts. What about action? As we already established, MC is batshit insane. He's also fairly powerful and was like that since he was a kid.
Well, it gets fairly violent and graphic. Most of it is also deserved and satisfying. Is it edgy? For sure. But it's a very weird combination of edginess and sweetness with interestingly written MC, who is a mad dog only kept in check by his lady, who most of the time is clueless about everything that is happening behind the scenes and doesn't realise how scary he is really.

Author is seriously trying to convince us that she's not bad, she's just a tsundere... She simply tried to kill her classmate, make people rape her, bully everyone around BUT DON'T WORRY CAUSE SHE'S JUST A BIT SHY. IT'S JUST A SOCIAL EXPERIMENT BRO
Well to be fair she did try to kill her last chapter

Good idea for a first time. Gender equality at its finest. She did what she did so she deserves the consequences alright. Call me a misogynist or whatever, but that's the true form of gender equality. Women being treated the same way as men in the same stage as men. Women can hurt men so men should be allowed to do the same to women if they want gender equality. If they don't want that, then feminism is just bs as usual.
my brother in Baal, men murder women every second that passes on this god forsaken planet. What r u talking abt?

amusingly you will find relatively more shojo isekai mc (more as in conting on one hand) that care about where they came from, like that one that made a deal to play the villainess in exchange of curing her sister illness, or that one manhwa where the girl pass a significant amount of chapter coming to terme with the fact that she was reincarnated in another world and would never see her last familly again

the genre isekai/tensei began to be old enough that reader can have some more reflection on it and go deeper on some subject
i mean there is some, like mushokou tensei where mc feel some bad habit of his past life is messing with is new him
exploring new shit could help freshen the genre
